Happy Birthday COLT

I can't believe my baby is 3 years old, I guess he's not really a baby any more is he? We had a really good day, busy but good. We are officially moved out of our apartment, it's kind of bittersweet. I have been dreading this day for over a month just because I hate moving but it went fast and pretty smooth. I am now typing from a hotel room. We will leave El Paso Wednesday and head to Phoenix. Jason has to be in Austin Monday so California is off :( sorry Kendall... Anyways enough of that this post was suppose to be about COLT!
I think Colt had a good 3rd Birthday. We celebrated at Chuck E Cheeses and had a BLAST. He was so cute dancing around I think he had a really good time. We had lots of friends to help us make his birthday a good one and I am so thankful for the friends we have here, they always make these events much more fun. Colt had fun with his buddies. I will post pics later when I get my camera able to hook up to my computer to download them. We also took Colt to IHOP this morning for breakfast and they sang to him and brought him ice cream for breakfast he loved it!
We love Colt so much and are so happy he is in our home. He is so full of energy and all BOY. He loves to wrestle and punch but then he can turn around and be the sweetest little thing. He loves to pick on Tallin and Tal is too nice to do anything about it, so he will sit there and let Colt beat him up it's actually really funny to watch. Colt will actually pin him to the ground sometimes. I love Colts imagination and he's got a great one too. He still has Fido, he is an active family member in our house :) He is so proud that he can spell and sign his name and it's so cute. He is always asking how to spell peoples names we must have spelled Grandma and Grandpa a million times on the way home from picking the boys up the other night. He loves his friends and is constantly asking if he can go play with them and I think that is so cute. For his birthday we had to get a gun for Tallin because Colt really wanted him to get a gun for his birthday he loves Tallin and he looks up to him even though he beats him up. We just love our little Colton so much! Happy Birthday Baba Ganoush!

Proud Mom :)

Today was Tallins last day of school. For the last day they had an ice cream party and handed out rewards. Tallin got a few certificates that he is so proud of and I am proud of him too. He had a good first year of school despite the cracked hip and broken wrist. He is a smart kid and I am so thankful he takes after his daddy that way. It was so cute to watch Tallin at school today when his teacher was handing out rewards because she would say this reward is for coloring nice, writing nice, ect and all the kids would start calling out Tallin Tallin so cute. She also handed out a dancing (they did a lot of dancing in class) and when she was saying this one if for dancing having good rhythm stuff like that the kids starting saying Tallin Tallin but a little girl got the reward but it made me happy to know that my little boy can dance :)
We got to school a little late today they were having a water party and since Tallins cast can't get wet I let him sleep in a little and he had breakfast at home ( they usually eat in class) when we were walking up to the field the whole class starting chanting Tallin Tallin Tallin so cute!! I am just so proud of my little boy. I love him so much and am so happy to be his mom.

He is holding Brooklyn, Teishas baby I just think this picture is so cute. Tallin loves holding her when we go visit it's adorable. I am sure going to miss this family when we move.

The boys are in Round Valley for the weekend. Jasons parents offered to take them so that I could have the house to myself to pack so I let them. We met half way tonight. I miss them already I was really sad to watch them drive away but I know they are in good hands and they will have a lot more fun there, then here with me stressed out and yelling at them so it's good plus I can get a TON done and I need to. On the way to meet them we were talking about being good kids. I was telling them to get a long and mind Grandma and Grandpa please thank yous all that good stuff. Before I left them I asked what they were going to do and Colt says not wipe our nose with our fingers lol.. where did that come from we never even talked about it but it's a good thing to keep in mind. I love my silly boys. Can't wait to see them on Sunday and get ready for Colts Birthday party.
ps..We couldn't find an Alvin and the Chipmunks cake so he picked out a Speed Racer one and he is excited.

The Countdown Is On.........

To Colts Birthday and he is so excited. He wants to have his birthday at Chuck E Cheeses with an Alvin and The Chipmunks cake which I am not sure I am going to be able to find but I will try. When we ask him what he wants for his birthday he says a gun for Tallin we say what about you he says and a gun for me to play with Tallin oh and a Leapster. I can't believe he is going to be 3 he is getting so big.

This is also our last week in El Paso. So I am going to have a really busy week and I don't know when I will post next. I have been PROCRASTINATING big time getting my apartment packed it's not good. Now it leaves me with one week to do it all what have I gotten myself into? Jason is here today and so we are going to try to get as much done as possible hopefully we get a good start on it then I can get the rest done this week between all Tallins school stuff, birthday planning stuff, and just taking care of kids.

We don't "officially" have a place to move to yet. They told us 99% chance it's going to be Austin TX. I can't tell you how excited we are for that what a great place to live I really don't think we could ask for a better place BUT things can change with this business so fast so until we are on our way there nothing is set. For now we are putting our stuff in storage and I am going to go to AZ for a while. Jason has been working in California so we are hoping to go spend a week out there with him and go to Disneyland. I might be more excited about that then the boys I can't wait! We are planning on going the 15th, 16th, and 17th of June getting a 3 day park hopper. The 16th and 17th I will take the boys myself because Jason has to work which I still think will be tons of fun. If anyone wants to come with us you are more then welcome to come join us it would be FUN. But warning they could say "OK come to Austin" and trip would be canceled and we would be heading to Austin or somewhere. So if you want to plan to come awesome but know that things could change with us but we are not anticipating that happening.

This is also Tallins last week of school. I don't know if I am more excited or Tallin is more excited or even Colt. But we are all so excited to have this year behind us. He has had a great teacher for his first year of school I really couldn't have asked for a better teacher we have really loved her she was great for Tallin. The school on the other hand was a little bit questionable I am excited to move and get Tallin into a good school next year.

Tallin also gets his cast off in a week. I cannot wait I am so sick of putting his arm in a bag for his bath, having to help him wash his hands so he doesn't get the cast wet, not being able to go swimming. I am just ready for him to have it off and I am sure he is too.

Bring on the packing, Colts birthday and some fun trips!!!!!!!!
